Mogi offers 14 Schools of Tecnical Teaching. Between them, E.T.E. Presidente Vargas serves 2,350 students. It was created in 1957 and offers 11 technical courses in its main unit and 5 additional decentralized classes in Professor Carlos Polimeno Municipal School, given by City Hall in 2003 to increase the numbers in the professional technical school.

Mogi headquarters the regional Sebrae agency, which qualifies and professionalizes owners of small businesses in all sectors of the economy: agriculture, commerce, industry and services.
CIP - Professional Initiation Center
Maintained by the City Hall, it offers free professional courses in different areas, besides instrumentation in English, Spanish and computer skills. In 2006, approximately 18 thousand students were enrolled in its two units, located at Mogilar and Braz Cubas, as well as the other decentralized located in neighborhoods in the city.
